That's a really good post.

Further about the porn and the rants, I think you are right about something. You must write about whatever motivates you and keep creative fluids flowing.

And This doesn't mean you have to publish everything you write. Franz kafka never showed his writing to anyone until, eventually, in his deathbed he asked a friend to burn them all (obviously he didn't, lol).

If you keep writing you will, inevitably become a better writer even if you'd, eventually write 'Oh yes, baby!' and 'Is this post big enough for you?' (or watever is related to your secret writing) in the middle of your serious text.

You might as well write about people suddently transformed into cockroaches, as Kafka did.
